Q: Is my product guaranteed?

At our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and sales tax if applicable.) If the return is due to our error, we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement.

For returns within 30 days will exchange or replace the product purchased.

Returns more than 30 days beyond date of sale will be handled by manufacturers warranty and will incur a small shipping and handling fee.

If you wish to return your purchase after 30 days, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

If you are returning the product because you believe it to be defective, we will test the returned item and refund the return shipping expense should the item in fact be defective.

If delivery is refused upon shipment, a full product refund will be credited, minus shipping costs, provided the product has not been opened and is in its original condition.

To return a product, simply email our customer service department via to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number any time between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Hong Kong time.

When you email for the RMA, we will generate a return label and send it to your e-mail address. Once you receive the e-mail, simply print out the return label, affix it to your package and send it to us using a traceable shipper. As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as UPS or the USPS using delivery confirmation.

Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday 9:00am-6:30pm HK time (express orders processed until 5:30pm HK time). Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Upon submission of your order, you will automatically be sent an email to confirm that your order has been received and your credit card information has been verified. Your email confirmation will show the status of the items that you ordered and confirm your method of shipment. We accept online orders. Orders are processed in the order that they are received, in the event that a product runs out of stock after your order has been placed, you will receive an email to notify you of the potential delay in receiving your order.

All of the items that you see at are stocked in our warehouse. When you submit your order, we send a confirmation email.

Occasionally, a product will be back-ordered and not available for immediate shipping.
